Tanong ko lang ano pinakamagandang tube pang street/dj bike?

Tsaka ok lang ba maglagay ng 2.5 tube sa 2.1 tires?

Ang nabasa ko dito eh dapat mas malaki ang tube sa tires para ma-inflate mo ng max psi.. 2.3 tube sa 2.1 tires, tama naman diba?

hehe palpak kasi bunny hop nagpapractice ako sa paleta sumabit sa kanto yung rear tire ayun sugat na paa at flat na gulong inabot...nanghiram tuloy ako ng bike sa pinsan ko pauwi..simula nagbike ako tinatamad na ako magcommute...

pag 2.1 ba na tires hanggang 2.3 na tube lng pwede? di ba pwede 2.5 kasi balak ko magpalit ng 2.25 or 2.3 na tires next time eh...

Sakit sa ulo yan. Ganyan din naging problema ko. Lagi akong loyal sa Kenda tubes noon. Ampota, pinang-DH ko nung nag Holy trail kami sa Tagaytay, bago tubes ko front and rear. Parehong fail. Pansin ko din 1 out of 3 times napi-pinch flat ako pag DH.

By chance, nagpa-service ako sa Lifecycle sa GH. Bontrager available nilang tubes doon. Since then di pa ko napi-pinch flat, even when I reduce/add pressure constantly to adapt to trail conditions.

so ok yung bontrager tubes...may specific model ba?

yung toxic tube ok ba?

gusto ko sana yung hindi basta basta nagpipinch flat tsaka magaan....

toxic tube gamit ko ok naman.. Yung 2.3 50psi ang nilalagay ko sa likod.

since november, yung toxic ko nasa harap eh hindi pa naman nappinch flat..yung likod cst, isang beses palang ako napinch sa cst.. basta tama naman ata ang psi makakaiwas sa pinch flat..hehe

Try mo gawin 40psi & up yung tire pressure mo, depende kung hanggang saan ang kaya ng tire mo. Mas matigas mas maganda. Medyo masakit lang sa katawan sa una pero masasanay ka rin.

Para sa akin manipis na tube ok lang basta tama yung tire pressure. Iba kasi yung feel nung makapal ang tube, kakaiba yung talbog nung gulong.

CST tube 1.75 gamit ko, once lang na-pinch flat kahit 50psi karga kasi, uhm.

pinch flat? ano yung precise meaning nito? hehe

If matigas tires mo, pag kumanto yan sa obstacle
Tatalbog lang or mag bobounce.

Mas responsive ang feel ng bike pag high pressure ang tires 40psi up..

Down side, Matagtag at matlbog sa katawan but
you'll get used to it.

w/ regards sa tube im using 2.3 tubes on 2.1 Tires.
Bigger tube to compensate the 60psi tire pressure.


Pwede na yon 2.1 tubes sayo, widely available sa cartimar/quiapo Lbs.
CST or toxic ang mga brands, p120 (estimate price).
Leo Tire Tubes, Local brand mabigat pero makapal p80(estimate Price).

one overlooked step in fixing flats is searching the rim or the tire for the cause of the flat. kung me thorn or tack yung tire, ingat lang baka masugatan kayo.

May kamahalan nga. Pero di ako nagsisisi. I'm a sucker for traction and run low pressures on my tires.

Another name for pinch flats are "snakebite". Mukha kasi syang snakebite, 2 butas. This happens when the tire pressure is low and you hit a hard corner, compressing the tire all the way to the rim.
